On Saturday, we went kayaking! What a blast! It was one of our best family days ever! Initially, the girls were a little hesitant to get into the kayaks. I pushed off with Haylee and she got nervous when the first couple waves crashed on us. After we passed the breaking point, she started giggling. She loved it. We went to La Jolla shores. Sydney wanted to go near the caves but they scared Haylee (and me). Haylee wanted to go close to the sea lions, but they scared Sydney. Before we came back in the girls switched boats. On our way in, we ran into our next door neighors on their way out.

Come visit us in San Marcos and we'll go on the glass bottom kayak at Aquarena Springs. You can look at the fish and turtles and sometimes scuba divers swimming in the crystal clear water.
