Sydney's first day of 1st Grade was far less emotional (for me) than her first day of Kindergarten. We had a few friends over for breakfast and then walked to school together as a group. Aaron and Lynn (Grandma) came with us - which was extra special for Sydney. I was touched to see Sydney comfort the girl next to her in class that was crying. I am glad Sydney likes school so much. She came skipping home from school. I think it is going to be a great year!

1st day of school - First Grade
Sydney's first day of 1st Grade was far less emotional (for me) than her first day of Kindergarten. We had a few friends over for breakfast and then walked to school together as a group. Aaron and Lynn (Grandma) came with us - which was extra special for Sydney. I was touched to see Sydney comfort the girl next to her in class that was crying. I am glad Sydney likes school so much.
