Aaron's trial was post-poned until Feb 26 so Aaron took off part of Friday and went to Disneyland with us! What a treat! We spent most of the day in Disney's California Adventure Park. Sydney and Aaron went on Soaring, an amazing ride that shows "breath-taking" views of California. Aaron loved the smells of the orchards and forests. Sydney kept saying that she saw the whole world. Haylee and I went to the Bugs Land and flew on Flik's Flyers and rode Heimlich's Chew Chew Train. After meeting back up with Aaron & Sydney we did more rides in the Bugs Land. We were able to ride Tuck & Roll's Drive'em Buggies. This was a first! Next, Sydney wanted to take her daddy on Pirates of the Caribbean. I would never have predicted that this would be one of the girls favorite rides but they LOVE it. Aaron hadn't been to Disneyland since he was a teenager so it was fun to hear how the park had changed or hadn't changed in the last couple years...oh,.. few years.
